Funding: This study is financially funded by The Strategic Research Council (SRC) at the Academy of Finland (http://www.aka.fi/en/about-us/SRC/), which provides funding for long-term, program-based research aimed at finding solutions to the major challenges facing Finnish society [grant numbers 303430, 303431, 303432, 303434, 303435]. Study protocol has not undergone peer-review by the funding body. This intervention study was described very shortly due to limited space in the original research and interaction plan that was evaluated by the funding body. But we had to make better and more detailed study plan for the Ethical committee and to execute the study. The results will be published in open access publications, if possible. Further, non-scientific publication of the results and their meaning to Finnish society will be disseminated as a part of the Consortiums interaction actions. This dissemination and interaction in society is an essential part of the funding agreement with the Strategic Research Council at the Academy of Finland.
