Tässä kandidaatintyössä tavoitteena on oppia etsimään tietoa ja kirjoittamaan tieteellistä tekstiä sekä perehtyä nykyaikaisiin kallioporauslaitteisiin ja niiden hydrauliikkajärjestelmiin. Aihetta pohjustetaan käymällä aluksi läpi käsitteitä, iskuporauksen teoriaa ja erilaisten hydrauliikkakomponenttien rakennetta ja toimintaa. Tämän jälkeen perehdytään yleisesti erilaisten hydrauliikkajärjestelmien toimintaan ja lopulta Sandvikin DL4-sarjan poraushydrauliikan ja -automaation toimintaan.

In this Bachelor’s thesis the mission is to learn to find information, write scientific text and take a look to the modern top-hammer rock drills and the hydraulic systems needed with them. At first the main concepts, some theory of rock drilling and structures and functions of hydraulic components in the systems will be set up. Thereafter there will be a look up for common basic hydraulic systems and at last the operation of drilling hydraulics and automation of Sandvik’s DL4 series will be set up.
