Abstract This study focuses on the reorientational motion of water molecules in a saline solution and how it can be studied using molecular dynamics simulations. The study consists of a review of central methods and terminology surrounding molecular dynamics and water reorientation, followed by a small simulation experiment. The results of the simulations show that the average water H-H reorientation and system salt concentration are positively correlated. see all
