Tiivistelmä Tässä kandidaatintyössä käsitellään yhteistoimintarobottien turvallisuutta. Työn tavoitteena on luoda katsaus yhteistoimintarobottien turvallisuuteen niiden suunnittelun, käytön ja kehityksen kautta. Työ suoritettiin pohjautumalla saatavilla oleviin standardeihin, tutkimustietoihin, manuaaleihin sekä Fab Lab Oulun laitteistoon. Työssä havaitaan yhteistoimintarobottien kehityksen olevan ajankohtainen ja nopeasti kehittyvä ala. Safety of collaborative robots Abstract This bachelor’s thesis studies the safety of collaborative robots. The idea is to study safety related issues in designing and operating of collaborative robots. I try to find out how safety is guaranteed for operator and what is done to achieve it in first place. Risk assessment and reduction is also important part of the study. This thesis is based on available standards, manuals, research, studies and Fab Lab Oulu’s machines. Collaborative robots are developing fast and now the area of technology is growing. Collaborative robots or “cobots” are getting safer and safer without greatly reducing their performance. In this bachelor’s thesis I use Universal Robot UR3 as an example and compare it to the successor UR3e. I also give an example of how Formlabs Form 2 3D-printer could be operated with help of UR3. see all
