Tiivistelmä Inklisiraani on uudenlainen lääke hyperkolesterolemian hoitoon, se on saanut myyntiluvan vuonna 2020 Euroopasssa ja 2021 Yhdysvalloissa. Inklisiraani on rakenteeltaan GalNAc-konjugoitu siRNA, joka estää kolesteroliaineenvaihduntaan vaikuttavan PCSK9:n synteesia. PCSK9:n synteesin esto vähentää verenkierrossa kiertävän LDL-kolesterolin määrää tehokkaasti. Inklisiraanin teho LDL-kolesterolin laskussa on PCSK9-estäjiä vastaava, mutta annostelu näitä harvempi. see all
