Tiivistelmä Tässä tutkimuksessa käsitellään naisjohtajuuden haasteita ja mahdollisia esteitä, joita miehet eivät vastaavissa tehtävissä kohtaa. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on ilmentää, mitkä tekijät muodostavat paljon puhutun lasikaton, ja tuoda esille mistä nämä tekijät ovat peräisin. Tutkimuksen avulla halutaan herättää kiinnostusta naisiin kohdistuvaa syrjintää kohtaan työelämässä ja erityisesti johtoportaassa. see all
